Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the product has been dispatched or customized, we regret that we cannot process any cancellation requests.
Customized Orders

Customized or personalized products (including name prints, photo gifts, special packaging, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the order has been confirmed.
Refund Process

If your cancellation is eligible, the refund will be processed within 7ā10 business days to your original mode of payment.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer upon confirmation.
