1. Do you offer custom gifting?

2. How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Custom orders may need 4-5 extra days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver pan India. For bulk or corporate gifting, we also arrange special shipping.

4. Can I return or cancel my order?
Pre-made, non-custom products can be returned within 3 days of delivery. Custom items are not returnable. Please check our Return Policy for full details.

5. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
For standard products yes, but not for customized items. You can prepay via UPI, Cards, or Netbanking.

6. Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely. Whether it’s 10 or 1000 pieces, we love working with brands and events. Reach out via our Corporate Gifting page.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also track it on our “Track Order” page.

8. Can I send gifts directly to someone else?
Yes! Just enter their address during checkout and add a custom note—we’ll take care of the rest.
