Products eligible for return must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery.(Incase of brokerage an unboxing video is a must)
Customized or personalized items are not returnable.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. (excluding return shipping charges)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Standard delivery: 3–7 working days (PAN India)
Custom orders: May require 4-5 extra days
We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

We are not responsible for courier delays after dispatch, but we will assist you in tracking.
