Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests only in the case of:

To be eligible for a return, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-9123899413. Please include:

Clear images/video of the product and packaging

Non-returnable Items

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order gifts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Perishable items like flowers, cakes, or food-based gifts are non-returnable.
Return Process

Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup if possible, or guide you through the process.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes

Returns due to personal preferences, change of mind, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer will not be accepted.

In the case of partial returns or multi-item orders, refunds will be applicable only for the returned item.
