At Taufalo.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we take utmost care in quality and packaging, if something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

  • We accept return requests only in the case of:

    • Damaged product received

    • Incorrect product delivered

    • Manufacturing defect

  • To be eligible for a return, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing  or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-9123899413. Please include:

    • Your order ID

    • Clear images/video of the product and packaging

    • A short description of the issue

Non-returnable Items

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order gifts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Perishable items like flowers, cakes, or food-based gifts are non-returnable.

Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup if possible, or guide you through the process.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

  • After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Returns due to personal preferences, change of mind, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer will not be accepted.

  • In the case of partial returns or multi-item orders, refunds will be applicable only for the returned item.
