Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Order Cancellation

We work efficiently to process and handcraft your orders as quickly as possible. Standard (non-customized) orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Please contact us immediately with your order details.

2. Customized & Personalized Orders

Because our signature hampers, hand-painted mandalas, custom tumblers, and crochet items are crafted specifically for you, production begins shortly after order receipt. Once a customized order has entered the design or crafting stage (typically 2 hours after order placement), it **cannot** be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

3. Shipped Orders

Under no circumstances can an order be cancelled once it has been dispatched from our Kolkata fulfillment hub. If you refuse delivery at your doorstep, return shipping charges and logistics fees will be deducted from any eligible store credit.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact our support concierge immediately via one of the following channels:

5. Processing of Refunds

Once your cancellation request is verified and approved under the terms above:

• We will initiate a refund to your original payment gateway (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) within 24–48 business hours.
• The refunded amount will appear in your bank or card statement within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
