We want you and your loved ones to be completely delighted by your TaufaLo gift box. Because our hampers and keepsakes are custom assembled and personalized for your specific moments, standard returns or exchanges on fulfilled orders are generally not permitted.

However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect during transit, we offer a secure replacement guarantee. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. Non-Returnable & Custom Items

Due to hygiene, custom craftsmanship, and personalization standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable once delivered:

• Personalized keepsakes, engraved frames, and custom tumblers.
• Edibles including chocolates, dry fruits, and gourmet hamper items.
• Self-care goods, makeup organizers, perfumes, and unsealed beauty products.

3. Cancellation Policy

We begin handcrafting and preparing your gift curation promptly after order placement. Therefore, order cancellations or modifications can only be accommodated if requested before the item is dispatched from our Kolkata headquarters.

2. Our concierge team will review your submission within 4 business hours.
3. If approved, we will arrange for a prompt replacement dispatch or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved for a cancelled order or out-of-stock replacement, the credit will be processed automatically to your bank account, UPI, or original payment card within 3–7 business days.
